About Childhelp
Childhelp exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children. We focus our efforts on advocacy, intervention, treatment, prevention, family resilience and community outreach.
Since 1998, the Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona Dedicated to Linda Pope has served abused and neglected children by providing treatment, intervention, and investigation services in a child-friendly and child-centric environment. The goal of the Center is to provide services that address the immediate safety and complete well-being of children referred to the Center.
In order to meet the needs of children, ages 0-18, the Center provides developmentally appropriate settings, including a playroom for younger children and a teen lounge to serve the adolescent population. With a focus on the child’s experience, the partnership is a high profile, high volume, and highly successful example of professional integration and coordination of treatment, intervention, and investigation services.

Donations for Loving Library’s Childhelp Chapter will go to the children at Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona in Phoenix. Over 500 children visit the center each month. You can contribute by purchasing books, journals and fidgets from the Wishlists below or by donating funds below.
Meet the Ambassadors…
Avaani
Avaani is 11 years old, and lives in Arizona. She loves sports, especially soccer. She wants to be an actor and entrepreneur when she grows up. Avaani wants to be a part of this project since she loves books. She wants other kids going through any hardship to be able to escape into the books and just be themselves.
Jiya
Jiya Mutyala is a 15-year-old teen who enjoys reading, theater, speech and debate, tennis, travel, and playing with her dogs.
Karina
I feel so honored to have the opportunity to work with this incredible organization. I believe books are the perfect avenue to escape stressful times and expand your horizons. Having access to books is something I am very grateful for, and I aspire to enable all kids to experience the same joy I gain from reading.
Sanaiya
Sanaiya is in 6th grade and loves reading books, horse riding, playing volleyball and watching basketball, especially my favorite team The Phoenix Suns.
My hope is that these books can provide kids with an outlet or a form of comfort. When I read I’m able to escape reality and immerse myself in another world. I love books and I feel grateful and excited to share that love with other children.
